Overview

A coach-led sports training program focused on skill development, fitness, teamwork, and confidence through structured drills and game play. Students receive instruction from experienced coaches in a positive and motivating environment.

Daily Schedule (Mon–Fri)

Morning (2 Hours)

Sports coaching, drills, and structured game play

Snack Break

Mid-morning rest and recovery time

Afternoon

Recreational sports, physical games, board games, arts & crafts, ice time, and more

  • Soccer: Grade 1+ (Weeks 1–6)
  • Football: Grade 2+ (Weeks 1–6)
