August Early Bird Special

August Early Bird Special Rates Limited Availability

The August Early Bird Special ends August 14, 2026.
The special rate for each program will end when its allocated spaces are filled or on August 14, 2026, whichever occurs first.

A minimum registration of three weeks is required to qualify for the August Early Bird Special. Families may combine different programs to meet the three-week minimum.

Risk-Free Registration: Cancel on or before December 1, 2026 for a full refund for any reason, with no cancellation or processing fee.

Coding and AMC Three-Week Session Requirements

Coding and AMC programs require enrollment for one complete three-week session.

Weeks 1–3 programs:
Coding – Python Basics and Coding – Java Basics.

Weeks 4–6 programs:
Coding – Python with AI and Coding – Java with USACO.

Programs available in either session:
Coding – C++, AMC 8 Math, and AMC 10 Math may be selected for either Weeks 1–3 or Weeks 4–6.

Families must select the same Coding or AMC program for all three weeks within the applicable session. Mixed sessions, such as Weeks 2–4 or Weeks 3–5, are not available.

Enrollment Information

August Early Bird Special Eligibility
A minimum registration of three weeks is required to receive the August Early Bird Special rate. The three weeks may include any combination of eligible programs.

Flexible Weekly Program Selection
Campers may select one morning program for each week they attend. Families may remain in the same program or combine General Camp, Sports, Robotics, Game Design, Coding, and AMC Math to create a personalized summer schedule.

The three-week session requirement applies only when selecting a Coding or AMC program.

Limited August Early Bird Special Spaces
General Camp has 15 Early Bird spaces. Every other program has 6 Early Bird spaces. The Early Bird rate for a program will close when its allocated spaces are filled, even if that occurs before August 14, 2026.

Sibling Discount
A 5% sibling discount applies to program tuition for the second and additional children. It does not apply to Lunch, Bus Transportation, Extended Hour, Afternoon Study, Camp T-Shirts, Field Trips, installment fees, or other additional services.

Discount Restrictions
The sibling discount cannot be combined with the 5% full-payment cash discount.

Option 1: Full Payment

Pay the full balance when registering.

Families who pay the full balance by cash receive 5% off program tuition.

The full-payment cash discount cannot be combined with the sibling discount.

Option 2: Two Payments

The balance may be divided into two payments:

First payment: Due when registering
Second payment: Due on or before December 1, 2026

No installment fee applies to the two-payment option.

Option 3: Three Installments

The balance may be divided into three installment payments:

First payment: Due when registering
Second payment: Due October 1, 2026
Third payment: Due December 1, 2026

A $25 installment fee is charged for each payment. Total installment fees for the three-payment option are $75.

Additional Services

Select services separately for each week your child attends.

Lunch Service

$75 / week

Lunch service is selected separately for each registered week.

Bus Service

$185 / week

Professional door-to-door transportation, subject to route availability.

Extended Hour

$75 / week

Extended care is available from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Afternoon Study

$10 / week

Optional academic study time for campers enrolled in eligible programs.

Camp T-Shirt

$8 each

Official AI and Beyond Academy Summer Camp T-Shirt, available during registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel on or before December 1, 2026:
Receive a full refund for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no processing fee.

Cancel after December 1, 2026 and on or before April 1, 2027:
Payments are refundable, less a $100 processing fee per child.

Cancel after April 1, 2027:
No refunds will be issued.
